Second St. Apartments, are ideal for upperclassmen with the option of either 1 bedroom-1 bathroom ($1500 some utilities are included), 2 bedroom-1 Bathroom or 4 bedroom-2 bathroom modern apartments in a great campus location that is a quick walk to classes, the ARC, and campus sporting facilities! Our units are equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, including washer/dryer, double door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/stove! The living room is fully furnished with a very nice living room set. Each apartment has a TV already installed and mounted to the wall. The unit has a sliding door leading to a private balcony. Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, and a desk.
Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The rent varies from $795 a month per person, for a 4 bedroom and $910 for a 2 bedroom per person. The rent price includes the following utilities: garbage, recycling and high-speed internet. Tenants are not required to have the other utilities services on their names.
