About This Home

As of January 2023

This house was renovated with an additional 220sf master bedroom and bathroom added on. HVAC and duct work is new to the house, all new windows, roof, gutters, new front porch. We added new plumbing, water heater, faucets, tile in the showers and bathroom floors. The kitchen was demoed and completely remodeled to create an open space. With the kitchen remodel we were able to add more cabinets and counter top space. We also added a deep pantry for plenty of storage for food or counter top appliances. The fireplace was inspected and found it was never deep enough for a fire. Instead they put a cast iron pot filled with hot coal to heat the home. We kept the charm of the original moldings and recreated that look into the new master bed and bath. This home is like new with old charm.
