The basement has a separate outside entrance in addition to access from inside. I do not know if it could be an additional unit. This property has awesome mountain views with a bluff site. Access is off Joplin just South of 4th st and then turn west down the alley. The lot size and square feet per level is an estimate and may not be correct as all the info on Assessor's sheet is confusing. It has only 120' as the lot size so I estimated the 6 lots at 25 feet each to come up the dimensions. The whole south side of the alley to Iola is part of this. This home was lovingly finished as a very big owner's unit with a caretaker in the 2 bedrooms separate unit with another kitchen, living room and laundry in the small unit-approximately 1000 square feet. The big unit is very nice with both full baths having double sinks, the main bath has a walk-in tub and the basement is somewhat finished with a family room on the ground level, possibly 1 or 2 bedrooms, and a 1/2 bath. +3/4 bath.
