Cancellations may be made 48 hours after paying the deposit to receive a full refund.

The second option to book the property instantly (message me or call/text for details). The price may vary due to additional fees, but the process is much more convenient and ultimately better for one's peace-of-mind. When the property is booked instantly, guests avoid common tenant screening procedures or the need to pay a security deposit or sign a lease. This is because the booking includes a comprehensive protection for guests, included for free with every booking. It includes protection from Host cancellations, listing inaccuracies, and other issues like trouble checking in, as well as a 24-hour Safety Line.
