We offer two options to book our properties. The first option is direct booking where you would sign a lease and pay the rent and security deposit. If you would like us to block our calendar so the property can no longer be booked instantly by other interested guest, we offer you the option to pay the security deposit in advance. Once your payment is received, we would block our calendar and move forward with the lease signing. Our properties are frequently booked on popular sites so blocking the calendar is the only way to secure your chosen dates. Cancellations may be made 48 hours after paying the deposit to receive a full refund.
The second option to book the property instantly (message me or call/text for details). The price may vary due to additional fees, but the process is much more convenient and ultimately better for one's peace-of-mind. When the property is booked instantly, guests avoid common tenant screening procedures or the need to pay a security deposit or sign a lease. This is because the booking includes a comprehensive protection for guests, included for free with every booking. It includes protection from Host cancellations, listing inaccuracies, and other issues like trouble checking in, as well as a 24-hour Safety Line.

Just 20 minutes to Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to the Anschutz Medical Campus.
Denver’s Windsor Neighborhood sits near the heart of Aurora, CO and has all the benefits of tight-knit suburban community with the added bonus of living close to most of the city’s major hospitals and just a short ride to downtown Denver and Cherry Creek. Living in Windsor offers residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Windsor there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals and retirees live in Windsor and residents tend to be liberal. Nearby enjoy the Highline Canal, RTD Bus Stops located thru-out the community and the property is only 11 minutes from two major light rail stations.
