This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It offers all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. The space features a modern design infused with authentic Nashville-inspired decor, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart TV with streaming apps installed, and a garden area to lounge and relax with friends. Additional amenities include complimentary coffee, a community garden with a cabana, two outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is also available. The condo is wheelchair accessible.
Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for an additional fee. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.
Located in the vibrant Music Row neighborhood, there are numerous places within walking distance. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some local favorites. The area is rich with shopping, restaurants, and tons of other interesting attractions. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed as the condo is within walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft or Uber rides to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are a recommended mode of travel.
The condo is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which will be provided before arrival.
The condo is equipped with lightning-fast fiber internet, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
