Fantastic waterfront view, heated pool, fireplace, large solar electric system. The roof was replaced in November 2015 with high-quality Dow Corning architectural shingles. At the same time a 10KW solar electric system was installed. The pool pump (October 2015) is variable speed for energy savings. The pool heater is also a very energy efficient heat pump design which can both heat and cool. The air conditioner (November 2015) is a SEER 16 Carrier (Infinity) variable speed heat pump with three zones so different parts of the house can have different temperatures. Both the air conditioner and the solar system work with apps on your smartphone. The home's exterior was repainted just after the new roof was installed and the kitchen has been remodeled tastefully with brand new appliances and stone counters. The master bedroom is massive and has its own door through the en-suite master bathroom to the pool and hot tub. Being waterfront at the end of a Cul De Sac, neighboring homes cannot be seen from the pool which gives a nice secluded feeling. The Cypress Springs community is very nice. We have beautiful tennis courts, schools within blocks (walking distance), bike and pedestrian friendly, parks, sitting benches at the ponds (lots of ponds and waterfront in the neighborhood). This is a great place for wildlife viewing. Wild deer and aquatic birds are frequently seen from the comfort of the home. There are no fishing restrictions and with the thriving wildlife, you can almost always catch something.
