This house has 7 Bedrooms. 5 bedrooms in the main house. 1 extra-large bedroom and 1 master with bathroom. 3 Standard size rooms. all but one standard size room is shown in photos. The previous door to the backyard leads to a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom extension which can be rented out. (part of the main house is not an ADU, however just as private as it is separated by a sliding door. We never had a problem finding renters for these rooms. 1 bedroom in the extension is shown in pictures the other is identical. SOLAR PANELS are owned and most of the time we even get a credit from SDGE. Bathroom in extension showed. The family room was enclosed by some drywall to create an optional bedroom/office. Can easily and cheaply be removed to expose the bar area and family room again. Central Mira Mesa, close to shopping and schools. Pictures are not the greatest. Just wanted to list. Better pictures and listing to come, figured we would just get it up first.
