The neighbors are great. We have little kids and we have felt very safe living here, it has been a wonderful place to live.
One pet is allowed. The lot rent is $410 monthly, which is one of the cheapest around. That includes water, sewer, and trash. It is in the Canyon View Mobile Home Park. Also, there are no property taxes every year which saves thousands of dollars. It can come partially furnished.
It's not huge, but it has everything you could need.
