Beach gear rentals are available with a $35 daily credit for reservations of 3 to 21 nights, and propane grilling is permitted on the deck only.
Located in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers easy access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. No pets and no smoking are allowed on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book the property. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2, and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Check-in day during summer is Saturday.
