The property is on the market for sale, and in-person tours may be required during your stay. Guests will be informed of 1–2 specific days and time blocks per week when tours may take place, scheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Open houses might also be required, and in those cases, guests will be asked to vacate the property. Due to the delicate design of this unit, it is recommended for adults and non-crawling infants only. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
