Check-in is after 4 PM via secure lockbox and check-out is by 11 AM. Studio units on the property are occupied by long-term tenants, please respect their privacy and keep interaction minimal. Only guests of the main house may use the hot tub. Before using the hot tub, shower to remove lotions/oils and check water temperature (max 104°F / 40°C). Carefully remove and replace the cover after use. Children must be supervised in the hot tub (not recommended under age 12). Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes. No diving, jumping, food, smoking, or glassware is allowed in the hot tub. Avoid alcohol or medications that impair alertness while using the hot tub. If water looks cloudy/unclean, do not use and notify us. Report any damage/malfunction immediately (do not attempt repairs).
