This unit has newer windows and fresh paint on the first floor. The condo maintenance is very affordable at $115.66 a month. These seller interior insurance is about $270 per year. So, great location with a quiet neighborhood and quick access to shopping, restaurants and I-64. Sounds like it has everything you might want or need except you don't live there... but you can!
