Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

The house accepts only 30+ days rentals. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is wood-burning, and for safety reasons, wood is not provided. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 10 or more guests.
The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, providing a remote work-friendly environment. A laptop computer is not included.
