Parkview is only 1 mile away from the beach (walking distance) and centrally located next to Myrtle Beach Airport, restaurants, shopping, and a lot of Myrtle Beach attractions. You could not ask for a better location! The exterior features brick veneer and vinyl siding before stepping through the front door. Once inside you immediately notice the bright lighting and open floor plan. The first floor consists of a nice sized living room and dining area with a doorway separating the kitchen. The kitchen has a ton of space and features a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, center kitchen island with bar seating and underneath storage for anything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. The kitchen also has a good size pantry and plenty of additional storage. The first floor also features the half bathroom and laundry room with washer & dryer hookups. One of the best features about the property is the Carolina room, which is right next to the kitchen on the back end of the property. With the sliding doors open, the townhouse becomes much deeper and is great for hosting friends and family. The Carolina room brings in a lot of great natural light into the kitchen which gives the property that beach house feeling. The townhouse is backed up to a quiet wooded area and sits far enough away from the road that there is no major noise. At the top of the steps we find a very large storage closet for linens, etc. that separates the master bedroom and the other bedroom. The master bedroom is very large and features a vaulted ceiling, overhead ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and large private bathroom. There is an extra linen closet inside the master bathroom and features a large shower/tub & double bowl vanity with lots of counter space. The other bedroom is almost just as large as the master bedroom and features great lighting, vaulted ceiling, overhead ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom that is comparable to the master bathroom. Like the master bathroom, this one also features a double bowl vanity and a large shower/tub. Walking through the Parkview community it is noticeable that the property as a whole is very well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful throughout the community and the large pool and clubhouse sits right in the middle of the subdivision. From this unit the pool, clubhouse, and main gate are within walking distance for ease of access. This is a really great unit that has been very well maintained and will not last long on the market!
