Newer vinyl flooring has been placed throughout the first floor interior, and in both of the bathrooms on the second floor. The rest of the second floor is carpeted as are the stairs. Almost every room has a ceiling fan, and the hallway leading to Bedroom 4 has a pull-down ladder to reach the attic storage area. Downstairs, the kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in area. On one side of the eat-in area is the laundry closet, and on the other side is the half bathroom. On the other side of the kitchen is the dining room, which is located near the foot of the staircase and the edge of the great room. The inside door to the garage is on the other side of the kitchen. Please note that the owner's needed additional space, and converted part of the garage into an extra multi-purpose room. This extra room is air-conditioned by a wall unit built into the wall that was added near the garage door. It also has carpet, and a door that goes out to the driveway when the garage door is open. This extra room was a temporary solution, and can be removed. The garage door is functional, and the 5 feet outside of the extra room, but inside the garage, are currently used for storage.
