The Dr. Isaac Green Mansion - a beautiful, historic building in downtown Windsor with a rich past. Downtown zoning allows for many options for use. There is also a larger kitchen in the attached two story carriage barn that could be restored back to a Bed and Breakfast type use. (Hope to get these barn pictures up soon, but it currently shows like a cross between a wood scrap yard and a Hoarder’s dream.) Main house interior still needs bathroom, laundry, some plasterwork repair and a couple of new ceilings, and painting throughout most of the interior. We have freshly painted the living room, entry and stair hall, one bedroom, and two of the 6 baths. The gardens are lovely and, even in the center of town, there is a sense of privacy.
