The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish, so taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. The property has a main house with three bedrooms and a carriage house with one bed and a futon. The main house and the carriage house can be rented separately or together. The driveways and parking are shared between both. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and additional items can be purchased by the guests at a nearby supermarket or convenience store. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels.
