This is a very comfortable home and is mostly brick construction and is NOT in the FEMA Flood Zone! The updated kitchen is open to the large living room & dining room. Pretty much everything, including the kitchen, has been renovated within the past 5 years or less. In the front of the house are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the bedrooms could be used as an office. A very large back section was added to it in 1985 which gave it an area that's been used as a master bedroom by previous owner. It wouldn't be hard to add a master bathroom to it as well as a large walk-in closet to create a large master suite. A large concrete block outbuilding with power and concrete slab floor is perfect for the handyman or woodworker. The outbuilding is conveyed "as is" but appears to be in pretty good shape.
