Pool enclosure added around 2015. 2 solar attic fans were added. 2 sky tubes were added to provide additional natural light in the kitchen and breakfast area. Covered lanai has travertine pavers, drywall ceiling and 3 ceiling fans, an outdoor kitchen with sink, wood cabinetry, wood and tile countertops and a 25 year commercial rubber roofing. Outdoor kitchen refrigerator included. Areas with pavers include pool deck, driveway, extra parking area off driveway, front entrance walkway and patio, and a section of backyard area used for sun deck, grilling and fire pit.
