If undeclared pets are discovered, fees will double. Early check-in at 2 PM is available for a $35 fee, subject to approval, and late check-out at 12 PM is also available for a $35 fee, upon request. Parking is limited to one registered vehicle per reservation, with additional vehicles requiring paid parking nearby.

To ensure a smooth self check-in process, detailed instructions will guide you through accessing the property and using the amenities. A government-issued photo ID is required before booking, and unauthorized gatherings will lead to police involvement, immediate eviction, and no refund. A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Strictly no smoking or drug use inside the unit or anywhere in the building, with violations resulting in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Lost key fobs will incur a replacement fee of $500. Please avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Food seasonings and herbs are not provided, so feel free to bring your own.
