Unauthorized gatherings will lead to police involvement, immediate eviction, and no refund. A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Strictly no smoking or drug use is allowed inside the unit or anywhere in the building. Violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee for smoking or intoxication. To maintain cleanliness, please avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Take care of key fobs, as replacements cost $500 each. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM.
