A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Strictly no smoking or drug use inside the unit or anywhere in the building. Violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee. Check-in is at 4 PM, with early check-in available for a $35 fee, and checkout is at 10 AM. Key fobs must be taken care of, as replacements cost $500 each. Please avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Use designated bins and trash chutes near the elevator on each floor.
