Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, with early check-in at 2 PM available for a $35 fee, subject to approval. Check-out time is 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will lead to police involvement, immediate eviction, and no refund. A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Strictly no smoking or drug use inside the unit or anywhere in the building. Violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee for smoking or intoxication. To maintain cleanliness, avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Use designated bins and trash chutes near the elevator on each floor. Food seasonings and herbs are not provided in the accommodation. Please feel free to bring any specific seasonings or herbs you may want to use during your stay.
