- Cat-friendly with no additional pet deposit or monthly pet rent.
- Equipped with a private washer/dryer.
- Shared outside patio space + fenced backyard with gardens, fruit trees, and chickens.
- Gas, water, sewer, trash and internet are included.
- The tenant will pay for their electricity (estimated $50/mo).
- NO smoking/vaping or illegal drugs.

The rent is $1200 a month with a $1200 security deposit due at signing. An additional non-refundable fee of $30 for a background search. 6-month or 1-year lease available.

There are currently three residents living in the house, upstairs, aged 30-40s professionals, who are active, friendly, and clean.
