Family Tides is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring wrap-around porches with swings, rockers, and hanging beds to immerse you in the coastal breeze. The home includes a living room, dining room, two screened porches, and an open porch, with TVs in every room, wireless internet, a ping pong table, pool table, and a game room. For culinary enthusiasts, a premium large gas grill is available for creating delicious meals.
Guests can enjoy a temporary club membership for $200 a day, granting access to community pools, dining, tennis, and the Pete Dye golf course. Beach gear rental services are available with a daily credit of $50 for stays of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and more. Additional services include grocery delivery, in-home chef services, on-site massages, manicures, pedicures, and babysitting.
Located in the private oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home offers access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. The community is conveniently situated between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to a variety of activities such as golf, tennis, and dining options at the DeBordieu Club.
This property has a no pets, no parties, and no smoking policy on the premises. Reservations for individuals under 25 require a responsible parent or guardian. The home is equipped with three exterior security cameras for safety and security, monitoring the front entrance, backyard, and driveway. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is six, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Check-in day during summer is Friday.
The home includes a premium linen package with high-thread-count sheets and plush towels. Each bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a roll of toilet tissue. The kitchen includes a roll of paper towels and a dishwashing detergent tablet. Guests are advised to bring extra supplies as needed.
