A wet weather stream runs through the property (see aerial view in Documents) but plenty of room for a home to be built even with setback for the stream. This is a bargain for a lot with this gradual slope and location. Note that the aerial view shows a "Robin Ln" crossing this property but there is no such road so investigation into the history of this information is ongoing.
