The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights.
