Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance and full names (legal first and last names) of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RVs, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. A $500 fine applies for violations, which may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights. A $500 fine applies for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine, and violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No indoor smoking is allowed, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors to the unit remaining closed while smoking outdoors. A $500 fine applies for violations. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy, which includes cleaning up pet waste, keeping pets leashed or crated outside, acknowledging responsibility for any damage, and paying a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want a 12 PM checkout, please inquire by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure for an additional $25. Requests made after this time will not be honored. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Early check-in or bag drop-off requests must be approved in advance and are not guaranteed. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for guest safety, capturing audio and video. No alteration of the security cameras is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Guests must obtain host permission for package deliveries, which are only accepted during booked reservation dates. No USPS mail is permitted. Once the stay is completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout, as no storage facility is available.
