Dogs have to be friendly and get along with other dogs as there is 1 living in the upstairs apartment already. The unit has an in-unit washer and dryer and a semi-covered patio. West Oakland has easy access to the 580, the 880, and the 980. There are 2 BART stations within walking distance. The commute to downtown San Francisco is shorter from West Oakland BART than parts of San Francisco itself. In addition there is Jack London Square, Ghost Town Brewing, Pacific Pipe Company, and Downtown Oakland, all within walking distance. If you have a bike, you can get to all sorts of fun places.

Tenant pays for their share of utilities. Apartment has separate hookups for water, electricity, and gas. Garbage and internet is included in rent.
There is street parking only. The apartment is currently partially furnished. It's up to you if you want to keep the furniture.
