The commute to downtown San Francisco is shorter from West Oakland BART than parts of San Francisco itself. In addition there is Jack London Square, Ghost Town Brewing, Pacific Pipe Company, and Downtown Oakland, all within walking distance. If you have a bike, you can get to all sorts of fun places.

Tenant pays for their share of utilities. Apartment has separate hookups for water, electricity, and gas. Garbage and internet is included in rent.
There is street parking only. The apartment is currently partially furnished. It's up to you if you want to keep the furniture.
