It was decided to move some walls around inside and what was going to be a manicure turned into full body cosmetic surgery. This baby has all new everything (except the roof - that was good!) Half the house has new framing, new drywall throughout - even the ceilings, new insulation in walls and ceiling, new wiring including the panel (you see all those gorgeous lights?), new HVAC (gas furnace) and ductwork, new waterproof LVP floors, new garage door with opener, new water heater, well pump and pressure tank. The bathroom and kitchen are completely new. Kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops! Spacious bath has large double vanity. The living space is airy and open and the kitchen has plenty of room for a large table. The mud room is pretty great (everyone loves a mud room!)- opening up to the brand new concrete pad out back in your HUGE yard with old trees. The attached garage is extra long with lots of room for storage or shop and has a loft! The driveway has room for, like 100 cars - it's ginormous!
Let's talk neighbors. The neighbor to the west is a storage facility. For the months we have been there they have been amazing. It is quiet and have great security. The homes to the east and behind are large lots, so the feel is very open, country. The pool is just down the street! So close to town, but you are in the township with all the benefits.
The huge window in the front is on order and will be replaced as soon as it comes in. Current taxes are getting a $223.83 homestead reduction.
Google might take you to Lake Road instead of New Carlisle Pike. They are the same road.
