The kitchen has all new solid maple cabinets with shaker-style doors, designer hardware, Calacutta quartz counters, flat-top induction stove, all new stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The primary bathroom has a low step, easy entry shower with floor to ceiling 24'' tiles and built in seat. The solid maple vanity also has a real marble countertop with additional storage built in. The guest bath has been re-tiled and has a solid cast-iron tub for bathing or washing pets, new cabinets, quartz counters, and upgraded lights as well. On the outside, pavers were added on both sides of the driveway, leading to a doublewide RV gate which includes parking for a full-size RV and even has a 220v outlet and sewer cleanout installed already. The roof was replaced with an EnergyStar certified 30 year roof, insulation added, and the entire house was repainted (inside and out). The full length patio was re-poured in 2021, raised height, and extended the full length of the house. On the east side of the house there are raised garden beds with individually programmable watering stations. The large grassy area is planted with a special grass called TiffTuff which uses 30% less water and has never been treated with any unnatural chemicals (since it is providing food for the owner's tortoises). It is also more tolerant and soft to walk on barefoot for both people and pets. On the west side there is a dog run/sandbox, chicken coop, 2 sheds (1 already A/C wired with lights and outlets, currently being used for tortoise house), and a durable swing which can hold 300 lbs on each swing. This neighborhood is extremely well kept for a non-HOA neighborhood, with very low turnover and a humongous city of Mesa park that is not even visible from the surface streets. The elementary school is within walking distance but if you don't like that school, there is a very well rated charter school serving grades 1-9 less than a mile away (Franklin at Brimhall). Right off the 60, it is easy to commute all over the Valley, but why would you need to with shopping centers, Costco, Winco, Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, 3 hospitals within 2 miles, Superstition Springs Mall, and tons of restaurants and higher-end shopping at Dana Park. This unique and perfect property should check all the boxes for anyone looking for a very well-updated home with a large lot, RV parking, or just tons of space for kids, pets, animals, or whatever activity your heart desires!
