All appliances are stainless steel including Bosch dishwasher, Frigidaire electric range with smooth cooktop, built-in Samsung microwave, and Whirlpool refrigerator.The dining room was very smartly designed with a tall sleek dining room table with a gorgeous custom wrought iron and rope chandelier. The amount of space for dining has been maximized beautifully. The fireplace was removed from the living room which added more living space as well. The door to the master bedroom was moved as well so that there is plenty of wall space between the dining and living room. To enter the guest bedroom side of the cottage, a very on trend barn door was added to separate the guests from the living area to give them an added feeling of privacy. The barn door was very thoughtful of space as well! One of the guest bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds that both have trundles underneath to maximize the amount of sleeping opportunities you can have! The other guest bedroom has outdoor access to the deck and has views of the golf course! The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom that has been renovated with ceramic tile flooring, ceramic tile bathtub/shower, modern glass sliding shower doors, beadboard trim, and beadboard vanity. On the other side of the cottage is the master bedroom which has a more private feeling with the repositioning of the entrance. It is more removed from the rest of the cottage, which was a brilliant idea! The master bathroom has been renovated as well with ceramic tile flooring, ceramic tile standing shower with modern glass sliding shower doors, beadboard trim, and new maple vanity with granite countertops. This cottage sits directly on the #2 Fairway of Crooked Oaks Golf Course with unobstructed views. The screened porch is so gorgeous, it is like an extra room. One side is set up for dining and the other side is set up as a sitting area. There are curtains that add an indoor room feel to it, as well as updated fans with woven fan blades for an added aesthetic. The decking has been stained as well. It is the perfect spot to relax with your guests! Below the cottage, the sellers amplified the outdoor living areas by adding stained decking to two sides, with fans, hammock chair hooks and hammocks, ping pong table, space to store paddle boards and kayaks, adirondacks and a fire pit. The large outdoor shower was added as well with hardi plank siding, you won't want to shower indoors any longer!
