The master bathroom has been renovated as well with ceramic tile flooring, ceramic tile standing shower with modern glass sliding shower doors, beadboard trim, and new maple vanity with granite countertops. This cottage sits directly on the #2 Fairway of Crooked Oaks Golf Course with unobstructed views. The screened porch is so gorgeous, it is like an extra room. One side is set up for dining and the other side is set up as a sitting area. There are curtains that add an indoor room feel to it, as well as updated fans with woven fan blades for an added aesthetic. The decking has been stained as well. It is the perfect spot to relax with your guests! Below the cottage, the sellers amplified the outdoor living areas by adding stained decking to two sides, with fans, hammock chair hooks and hammocks, ping pong table, space to store paddle boards and kayaks, adirondacks and a fire pit.
