The main level has a fireplace and the basement has a woodstove insert. Main-level fireplace has a fake electric insert than can be removed to allow it to be wood burning. A beautiful 3-season room was added on the lakeside. Includes a 24' x 32' detached garage with a large, finished room above that has heat and ac. This is a pre-1976 modular which is difficult to finance, but not impossible.
