Countertops are granite with decorative backsplash. Also, a built-in desk/office & glass enclosed display cabinet. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room, a utility sink, a door to the deck, and storage.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom 1 (13x12) has an en-suite bath with Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 (13x12) has alcove seats and a built-in desk. Bedroom 3 (12x16) can be a bedroom or den, is wired for surround sound with built-in speakers and subwoofer in the walls, and has sliding doors that open to a large deck with a Solumbra awning, overlooking the marsh.
