The Gulf-side master suite on the third level is inspired by the luxurious state room of a ship. It features a morning kitchen, washer & dryer, built-in chest of drawers & twin closets. The bed is concealed by the chest of drawers & faces French doors that open to a partially covered sun deck. Its lavish bath with twin vanities, elevated soaking tub & walk-in shower is adorned in Calcutta gold marble accented by mosaic glass tile. A staircase leads to the partially covered roof-top deck with wet bar. The second levels of the main & guest houses are joined by a screened breezeway with tabby stone fireplace. The two guest suites on the second level of the guest house feature private baths. The guest suite on the east side serves as a connective passage to the second level of the carriage house where a self-contained guest suite with kitchen, bedroom & private bath can be found. This guest suite also features its own private entrance. Another guest suite resides on the ground level of the guest house with private entrance. The three separate structures create intimate spaces that afford every member of the family privacy when desired that are also gracious enough for everyone to enjoy together.
