Click on The original house was built in 1948 and contained 1540 square feet on a crawl with 1 car garage, stone exterior, two fireplaces, on 3.27 ac. One owner until it was sold in 2003 to a builder for $140,000 to become his personal home after renovation. He took the structure down to framing and trusses, and added dormers.
