Click on The original house was built in 1948 and contained 1540 square feet on a crawl with 1 car garage, stone exterior, two fireplaces, on 3.27 ac. One owner until it was sold in 2003 to a builder for $140,000 to become his personal home after renovation. He took the structure down to framing and trusses, and added dormers. All of the exterior stone and aluminum plus the interior plaster trim and insulation were removed. He moved interior walls replaced all windows and doors, and added approximately 1700 Sq. Ft to the house with an additional fireplace, an 850 sq. ft basement along with a master bedroom and bath suite, laundry room, and A1⁄2 bath. He removed the 1 car garage and it became a bedroom. City water was added to the home along with propane tank and lines as a backup heat source to the electric. The crawl space and some of the exterior walls were all that remained of the original building.

By spring of 2005 many liens had been placed on the property and it was due to go to auction. The current owner saw the auction sign the night before the auction, called the auctioneer, and met with the owner that night. The current owner made an acceptable offer and took possession in July, 2005. At that time, the unfinished items were:

At this tie, the PVA raised the assessment reflect the add ons, but didn't account for the completion of the home.

The home is currently under a Terminix contract until 2019 , an extended home warranty has been purchased and expires 10/2019. The water and septic lines are covered under policies with the water company.

There was a hail storm in May of 2012 when the roof and some siding and trim were replaced.
Home is being sold to settle the estate, owner did not pass away in the home.
