Albert Frey was the master architect and served as builder of this mid-century residence in Palm Springs. The Watt Family of Palm Springs were the buyers of the property in 1947 and have remained the stewards since that time. Ralph Watt was highly regarded in Palm Springs and thus the stadium at Palm Springs High School bears his name. The home is mostly in its original form for you architectural enthusiasts with the exception of the sleeping porch which was enclosed in 1958 and fireplace added as well and also the pool, which was built in 1963. The property has three bedrooms and two baths with circular drive and almost quarter acre lot with roughly 1476 square feet. The "Bel Vista" track of 15 homes was built as the first affordable housing project for service people returning from WWII and was the first "modern style" subdivision built in Palm Springs.
