Pets are welcome here! Up to three pets per home, no weight limits. There’s a one-time $300 refundable deposit per pet, and pet rent is $35/month per pet. There are some breed restrictions, so be sure to check if your pet qualifies.

Convenient Digital Access:
Upon approval, you’ll be provided with a unique code and access to a mobile app that unlocks all buildings, package rooms, and amenities across the community.

Late Fees and Fines:

•Smoke Alarm/Carbon Monoxide Alarm Tampering Fee: $250.00
•Noncompliance Fees: Not to exceed $50.00 for a second violation or $50.00 plus 5% of the monthly rent for a third or subsequent violation. These apply to:
•Late payment of a utility: $50.00
•Failure to clean pet/animal waste: $50.00
•Failure to clean rubbish/garbage: $50.00
•Parking violations or improper vehicle use: $50.00
•Smoking in designated non-smoking areas: $250.00
•Unauthorized pet fee: $250.00

Utilities: Management will specify which utilities are covered; all others will be the resident’s responsibility.

Taking Over My Lease:
To take over my lease, you’ll need to meet the apartment community’s application criteria. Once approved, you’ll be set to enjoy everything Scouter’s Mountain offers. Apartment does not come furnished. Room is not shown for privacy concern! Only living room and kitchen area is shown. Only time rooms will be shown is for walkthrough!
