Home has an extra room downstairs used as a library, but it is perfect for anyone working from home or even home schooling. Kitchen is large and has a good size eat-in space. It opens to the living room. All appliances are included except garage refrigerator. There is no basement. There is a deck off the kitchen for summer nights and the neighbors are wonderful. Home backs to a business. It has never been a problem. They are clean and quiet. It is actually been a plus in our opinion; no neighbors yard facing you when you sit out on the deck. Home is being sold as-is but it is well cared for and well loved. There are 2 very shy, older cats in home so please make sure they are inside before you leave. We feed and shelter stray cats that appeared after COVID. Please do not let any of them in the house if your go out on the deck. Feral Fixers is going to be helping me with them before we leave.
