Loads of storage space and open living room/dining/kitchen with an abundance of natural lighting. Go walking on the sidewalks instead of the street and the ditches are closed in. SLEMCO electricity. Included in sale: Washer - Dryer - Stove - Over the Stove Microwave Oven - Refrigerator - Sellers love it here but have outgrown this home. Sellers were not required to purchase flood insurance when they purchased. It did not have any problems with flood waters in August 2016.
