No refunds or compensation will be provided for these issues. The building is 100% non-smoking, and smoking or vaping inside the unit, balconies, or on building premises will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. No additional guests are allowed, and pets are not permitted. Late check-out will result in a $250 fee, lockouts will incur a $150 fee, and lost keys will incur a $200 fee per key. Failure to check-out on time may result in a minimum $500 charge for schedule disruption.
