A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
