Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
