This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are permitted. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
