Welcome to Heritage Shores.
We would like to thank you for visiting our home and giving it consideration in your quest for your new house. We’d like to share with you some things about this home that may not be readily apparent during your short visit. The thing that strikes most of our guests is the privacy and the quiet surroundings. Four years before we built, we searched for the right lot that would be the site for our dream home, there was a wide choice of lots in various developments, we were charmed by the folks that lived in Heritage Shores and its topography. Good water with a view were also important factors in our choice. This Home has been a real pleasure. Heritage Shores is a wonderful neighborhood with great folks and comfortable sense of belonging.
The house is all electric & has proven to be very comfortable & efficient in all kinds of weather. Adding to it's efficiency is a smart hot water heater which learns your pattern of usage. On the main floor, there is a real fireplace(chimney vented) with remote controlled gas logs which could be easily converted back to wood burning, if desired. There are a total of 8 ceiling fans and all the doors are 36" in width with the exception of the master closet. We have found that this floor plan with it's approximately 4300 finished sq. ft. makes for long term living. The enclosed 3 season porch has screens as well as sliding Mylar windows creating another great entertainment area. All the house windows are screened & shutters are strategically located on the main floor to give the privacy you need. A monitored alarm has been recently upgraded & works over IP. One of the nicest features of this house is the oversized 3 car garage with coated floors with lots of ample shelving, cabinets, Wi-Fi connected & battery back up door openers.
Outside are many features that have added to our wonderful life living here. The landscaping provides a colorful setting with something flowering almost year round and yet the maintenance is a pleasure, not a burden.
A 10 field sprinkler system for the entire lot fed from the city water lines or pumped from the lake. With a very gentle lot and a close corps line, young to older will love how easy it is to enjoy the water. There is plenty of water frontage with riprap and a place with a gentle slope to wade in. ( great for non swimmers).
