Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, this apartment is a few minutes' walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. Head south along San Marco Ave to find innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and the downtown Historic District. Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum, and monument.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
