The structure is sound and has a possibility for 5 bedrooms. The main floor features livingroom, diningroom, kitchen, laundry, master bedroom & 3/4 bath, 2nd bedroom and full bath. The lower level used to have an apartment that consisted of familyroom/livingroom, kitchen, 3/4 bath and 3 bedrooms plus you have an attached 1-car garage with a door leading to the entrance of the main level home and lower level. The backyard is fenced and has a good size shed for extra storage. The interior of the main level has been pretty much stripped--only walls exist. The lower level has been gutted except for the studs dividing rooms and the kitchen and bath have the original plumbing. There was not water damage, just damaged during years of rental.
