This house is built on love, community, dedication to professional education, and having a TON of fun.

Rent per room/person is $850 FLAT RATE with $25 per month discount if utilize direct ACH deposit to pay rent ($825/month). Annual leases only, no subletting. Flat-rate rent includes EVERYTHING - Heat, Central AC, Water, Trash/recycling, blazing fast dual-band WiFi, Lawn service/landscaping, monthly maid house cleaning service.
