After booking, you will receive a renter's agreement via email to sign. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations. This is done to provide both guests and properties with extra protection. A security hold of $150.00 will be placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals, and will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage. A $35 lost and found management fee will apply for items left behind, covering the time and handling involved in locating, storing, and preparing the item for shipment.
