It is located about 400 yards from the beach , one of the few beaches with a lifeguard. The major stores in SS can be reached from this house very easily and with a minimum of traffic congestion. There are also walking and biking trails in Chicahauk available along with a park on Trinitie offering tennis, bocce ball, and basketball. The owners have followed a year to year upgrade and maintenance pattern. Recent modifications to the kitchen, bathrooms, stairs, great room , and bedrooms demonstrate this . These include new cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new carpet on the stairs , 2nd floor, master bedroom and great room.
